2. Services Description

AI KUWAIT specializes in providing AI-generated digital media, including but not limited to, AI-driven video production, voiceovers, and digital avatars. All services are delivered digitally via the platform or registered email.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Platform Content: All graphics, code, software, and designs on aikw.site are the exclusive property of AI KUWAIT.
  • Work Product: Upon successful completion of payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the delivered AI-generated video for commercial or personal purposes.
  • Portfolio Right: AI KUWAIT reserves the right to use snippets of the generated content for promotional and portfolio purposes unless a prior written Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is established.

4. User Obligations & Conduct

You agree NOT to use the services to generate content that:

  • Violates any local, national, or international laws (specifically the laws of the State of Kuwait).
  • Contains defamatory, obscene, or hateful material.
  • Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Involves “Deepfake” technology for the purpose of harassment or spreading misinformation.

5. Payments, Taxes, and Fees

  • All transactions are processed in KWD, USD, or SAR via secure payment gateways.
  • You are responsible for any taxes or bank fees associated with your purchase.
  • AI KUWAIT reserves the right to adjust pricing at its sole discretion for any future orders.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” AI KUWAIT disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, not expressly set out in these terms.
  • AI KUWAIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of AI-generated content.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute, conflict, claim, or controversy arising out of or broadly in connection with or relating to these Services shall be settled exclusively by the competent courts of Kuwait City.

8. Modifications

AI KUWAIT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as changed.
